At time of purchase,
1. specify the date (enter a comma or colon as appropriate if necessary)
2. name to be clearly written under the left hand.
3. name to be specified under the right hand

We will send you a sample design immediately. If no changes are made, we will start to create it.
Please allow plenty of time for this as we will exchange messages several times.
