Shipping information 2022!

The impact of COVID-19 continues to be felt.
How are you all doing? I hope your loved ones are well too.

Now, since the outbreak of COVID-19, we are sorry for the inconvenience of shipping to different countries.
We are now able to deliver as usual to all countries in Europe. (partially not possible in Italy and Ireland)
Unfortunately, Canada and Australia have strict regulations and delivery is still not possible.

For US customer, we can send our products to US. However at present, we can only ship by express mail service EMS.
This is a very expensive way of shipping (some people may be surprised), but the delivery time is much shorter, around one week, and it is tracked.


This will be the only way to receive your order for a long time.

Furthermore, the price of EMS will increase from June 2022.
This may mean that small packages (airmail without tracking) will be able to return.
If the number of flights is low, we may continue to use EMS only.

Finally, for customers visiting from outside the major countries
Due to the way the web page is set up, we have set the shipping costs for the main countries where you buy from us, but we are not able to cover all of them.
